Little Linney began as a simple idea - to create a calm and characterful retreat connected to nature, creativity and slower living.
Set in the heart of Hartland, the cottage has been thoughtfully restored over time using a mixture of reclaimed materials, vintage finds and carefully chosen details designed to make the space feel warm, peaceful and personal.
A Love of Nature & Simple Living
We’ve always been drawn to quieter ways of living; growing food, creating things by hand, spending time outdoors and finding beauty in simple everyday moments.
The surrounding North Devon landscape plays a huge part in that, from the dramatic coastline and wildflowers to the slower rhythm of village life.
Little Linney reflects many of the things we value most: creativity, nature, comfort and space to properly slow down.
Thoughtful Design & Restoration
Throughout the cottage you’ll find touches of repurposed design, handmade pieces and natural influences that have been collected and restored over time.
Rather than creating a polished hotel-style space, our aim was to create somewhere relaxed, welcoming and full of character - a place that feels lived in, calming and connected to its surroundings.
